Global Beauty Awards Hosts Inaugural Pageant Owner Business Summit
On April 12, 2025, the Global Beauty Awards proudly hosted its first-ever Pageant Owner Business Summit, bringing together pageant directors and industry leaders to discuss best practices for creating a positive and professional experience for contestants. These pageant owners include Ampowering, Continental Worldwide, Nationwide Pageantry, UP Pageantry, and XLR8 Productions.
One of the key discussions focused on what potential contestants should look for when choosing a pageant. These insights aim to empower contestants to make informed decisions and help elevate standards across the industry.
Transparency
- Essential for both directors and contestants.

Contracts & Rules
- Royalty agrees to uphold rules for both contestants and the court.
- Reviewed at rehearsal to ensure understanding. (Rules. Terms and Conditions are provided at time of application and contestant must sign and agree to move forward with submission. This allows them time to review before they sign and submit at the pageant)
- Sets behavioral expectations early (e.g., social media).
Communication
- Royalty must respond in a timely manner (applies for directors too).
